Lisa,

This is a great starting place, most people go with something that they love first, and have to incur additional postage charges because of their lack of planning. Good Job!

The best thing to do is to get samples of all of the pieces and weigh them together as they will be mailed. That will give you the most accurate weight. All 65# cover is not created equal, so weighing actual samples is your best bet. If you don't have samples available, swing by our shop, or give us a call. We can show you some samples and weight them out for you.

I am trying to figure out how much paper actually weighs. I want to use 65 lb. cover to print my own wedding invites. They are folded booklets so each will use 1 and a half pieces of 8 x 11" paper plus an envelope. I am trying to determine if all of that will be under one ounce (44 cent stamp) or more and if more, how much more are we talking? Can you help?

Thanks so much!

Great post. Those are the reason I think of when doing any marketing, you've nailed it.
By the way, the business cards look great. You'll be getting all my orders.
cheers

John,

Thanks for the support! The next challenge is to educate customers that looking good is an investment, and that it pays you back.

Derek,

Appearance of all your materials is critical to the image your company portrays. Great advice to anyone thinking of going the cheap route on business cards.

Yes Sir! That is a perfect example of how to take advantage of Digital printing. Send us some files, and we can give you prices on varying quantities. You can determine if it makes sense from there.

Derek,

Will this give me the ability to "store" several digital docs with you and then order small quantities as needed, and get them quickly?

Thanks Michael! We've learned over the years, that the more we can educate our customers, the easier it is to provide the product that they expect.
